Libya is facing a health crisis, as we noticed previously: more than 625,000 people fled from Libya (28 per cent are Libyan)1 Health risks are obvious:
- direct effects of the conflict (wounded, water or food shortage, etc.),
- no access to healthcare facilities,
- interruptions of chronic diseases‘ treatment,
- “low but dynamic risks” of epidemics according to the InVS bulletin.
